GRANGER REIS TO HOST TWO CONSTRUCTION 2025 EVENTS IN 2015

30/04/2015
Construction 2025, a joint strategy for government and industry for the future of the UK construction industry, defines and communicates a clear vision of the UK construction industry in 2025.

One of the key strands of the strategy is People, setting an ambition to create ‘an industry that is known for its talented and diverse workforce.’ Granger Reis is highly involved in this strand.

Having previously organised a Construction 2025 event in 2014, we are delighted to be organising two further events, in April and May 2015, on behalf of Peter Hansford, the Government’s Chief Construction Adviser.

The two planned events will be communicating with both the ‘rising stars’ within the construction industry, as well as the current leadership executives. Both events promise to be highly engaging and thought provoking, focusing on the ‘People’ element of the strategy. Discussion will be centred on topics such as reinvigorating the image of the construction industry, the impact of diversity on the skills shortage and wider industry, and the solutions to an unsustainable talent pool.

With a fantastic attendance to both events from a wide range of construction industry organisations, we are very much looking forward to hearing a mix of views and suggestions. A review on the events, and summary of significant points and conclusions will be shared post event.

For more details, or  if you would be interested in taking part and sharing your views, please contact Samantha Patten, Head of PR & Communications: spatten@grangerreis.com
