Executive Search
- The Brief - This is the starting point of the project from which we define our strategy. We gain a thorough insight into why the role is required, as well as the culture and key drivers of your organisation. We will work with you to define the necessary competencies along with the specific experience and academic requirements. From this we will draft our strategy and project plan, which in turn enables us to appoint the best team from across Granger Reis to meet the brief.
- Research - Drawing on the expertise, experience and industry knowledge of our team of consultants, associates and partners as well as that of our dedicated research team, we will draw up a targeted list of suitable individuals. Following an initial confidential approach to ascertain interest and potential suitability we will move onto the shortlist stage.
- Shortlist - At this stage the consultant leading the project will engage directly with the potential candidate. They will articulate the opportunity and also undertake further assessment of the candidate to ensure their suitability for the role. Following the completion of this stage we will present you with a shortlist. This is a confidential document that includes an individual report on each candidate. We will then enter into the formal interview process liaising closely with both you and the shortlist of candidates at every stage.
- Offer - We manage the offer process on your behalf to ensure this delicate stage of the project runs smoothly. The relationships we build throughout a project means that we are well placed to sensitively manage any professional and personal concerns that may arise on either side. At this stage we will also notify candidates who have been unsuccessful.
- Follow Up and Debrief - We will remain in regular contact with you and the candidate throughout the notice period. We can also be available post commencement of employment to support the integration of the candidate into your organisation if required. Finally, we undertake a thorough project debrief with you and the candidate within 8 -12 weeks of the candidate joining the client organisation. At this juncture we seek feedback from both parties that allows us to learn and constantly improve what we do.
Advertised Selection
Advertised Selection is in some instances the most effective solution to a senior hire. Either used independently or in conjunction with Search and Selection it can be a very effective and successful tool. We can manage on line and print media campaigns and by combining our extensive market knowledge with the Granger Reis branding we can ensure that the appropriate target audience is reached.
