10 years of Granger Reis
Now we have entered 2019, its time to both reflect and look ahead, and it is with pride that I look back at 2018 which was our 10th year in business.
The business seemed to accomplish so much during the year and I am proud as its founder that we have delighted so many of our clients and that our staff are doing so well.
Looking back across the year it was one of accomplishment and enjoyment.
On the serious side; we achieved record revenue and profits, established a new practice in Commodities, reached a record NPS score of +61 and worked with many prestigious clients across the globe.
The business now has four practice groups; Real Estate, Industrial, Infrastructure and Commodities and has offices in London, Toronto, Bristol, Philadelphia and Geneva.
We re-branded and went from a black and white identity to what you see today, created a new web site, promoted what we know by publishing insight articles, became GDPR compliant and added headcount.
On the fun side we enjoyed a very nice celebration in Devon during July where we had Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage all to ourselves!
We also helped our chosen charities where we could, including Railway Children and Principal Engineers.
Now in 2019, and looking forward into our eleventh year, of course there is an air of uncertainty across the globe, no more so than at home here in the UK in the wake of Brexit.
However, here at Granger Reis we are feeling positive. Great leadership is hard to find and the markets we work in all have long-term investment committed to them.
We are prepared to be flexible and adapt our services to suit our clients’ needs during this testing time and we are fortunate enough to have leading expertise to help resolve our client's challenges.
The world is ever changing but I am excited about the future and the next 10 years of Granger Reis. Thank you to our Clients, Candidates and Employees for making the past decade so great.
