Both Hogan systems and Neo P3i are widely accepted as some of the most reliable predictors of performance and job suitability. Both tools can be integrated to provide a richer, more in depth understanding of the behaviours of an individual.
Whilst these insights never replace human intuition or judgement, they do provide an objective and systematic way of helping us check our own assumptions about what we see and perceive and give us some insight into what more we can explore through interview and our ongoing support and coaching of the individuals appointed, adding an additional tool in the selection process of the very best candidate for a specific requirement.
We work with our clients to:
- Recommend appropriate ability and personality assessment tools, which accurately and reliably test essential role criteria and enable candidate benchmarking.
- Align job description with the assessment tools and scoring criteria.
- Administer, interpret and feedback assessments to inform interview process (for internal and external candidates).
- Provide technical input and guidance on the interview panel if required.
- All candidates are offered the opportunity to debrief on psychometrics at the conclusion of the interview process.
